General
HanDev ("Studio") respects your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it and how we protect it. By using handev.org, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Data we collect
Via the contact form: name, email or phone number, project description. Technical data: browser language, selected theme and interface language (stored locally in localStorage, not transmitted to any server).
Purpose of processing
Responding to your inquiry, preparing a proposal and project estimate, communicating during negotiations. Data is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Storage and sharing
Form data goes directly into our request-tracking system and to info@handev.org. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Data is retained only in correspondence related to your project. For traffic statistics we use Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads to measure our campaigns; both are enabled only after your consent in the cookie banner. In that case Google receives the anonymised fact that a form was submitted (no name, contact or message text) so we can tell which ads bring inquiries. See the Cookies page for details.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your data, ask what data we hold, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@handev.org.
