China-sourcing platform with a Chrome extension that transfers goods from 1688.com to an order in one click. Live logistics chain Guangzhou → Moscow → regions.
Challenge
China-sourcing intermediary service. Users find goods on 1688.com, copy links/SKUs, order through the intermediary. Pain: manual transfer was slow, error-prone and caused funnel drop-off. Goal: "press a button — item in the order".
What We Did
- Personal account lk.goods-china.ru: SPA storefront, orders with status filters, per-order operator chats, FAQ. RU/EN/CN multilingual.
- 5-stage order workflow: Draft → With client → In processing → In transit → Archive.
- Chrome extension (Manifest V3): injected into 1688.com, parses product cards, adds "Add to goods-china.ru" button directly in 1688 UI.
- Auth via goods-china.ru session. .NET backend accepts webhook requests, validates prices and availability.
- Per-order chats with "Show unread only" toggle.
Result
- Reduced "found on 1688 → added to order" from 5–7 clicks to one.
- Extension published on Chrome Web Store, live in production.
- Full chain: extension → personal account → Guangzhou–Moscow–regions logistics → insurance → per-order chat.
